Kernville Picnic at the Park

Metric Century Ride

 

Sponsored by the High Sierra Cyclists bike club. The ride starts out of Ridgecrest and climbs up the eastern side of the Sierras, through Walkers Pass. It then continues through Onyx and Weldon. The final stretch goes along the North side of Lake Isabella, which consists of three final "rollers". The metric century finishes at the Kern River park, where riders and volunteers are met with a refreshing picnic. Transportation is provided back to Ridgecrest. Three support and food stops are provided during the ride.
