TJ Frisbee Bicycles is a family owned business. Tom Frisbee, chief bicycle therapist and shop owner, first opened his shop in 1972. The store front offers a large selection of bicycles, components, cycle wear, and fitness equipment. Located on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada mountains at the junction of Highway 395 and Highway 14, in the good ol' town of Ridgecrest. The Ridgecrest area provides excellent year round mountain biking, road biking, and plain ol' putt'n around. It's been said that Ridgecrest has the highest number of cycling work commuters per capita in the United States.
 

Tom Frisbee, the big bike kahuna. With a geology college degree in hand, he faced a difficult career decision. Would he be a farmer growing hydroponic tomatoes or raising hogs? The answer is, neither. Hence, the birth of TJ Frisbee Bicycles.
