SEEP teaches water conservation with a homework assignment to use water audit kits provided by the Indian Wells Valley Water District and with student pledges to save water (an estimated 21,000 gallons of water can be conserved each week through implementation of student pledges). The Kern County Water Agency provides Water Conservation booklets, available in Spanish, and with a Teacher's Edition, for use in Post-session and for follow up activities in the classroom.
