RidgeNet is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. RidgeNet technical staff monitor all system operations for performance and problems. Computers at RidgeNet also monitor the system for problems automatically. If any problems are detected by these monitoring computers, RidgeNet technical staff is immediately alpha-paged about the problem and will begin working to solve it asap. You can check on the current system status on this page. We also have information about scheduled system maintenance and past system problems, corrections, and additions. RidgeNet is dedicated to keeping our network available and working when you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
