Relaying Denied
Do you have a DSL or a Cable modem connection?
Are you using these connections to connect to the Internet?
If the answer is YES to both of these questions then you
will need to switch your e-mail programs outgoing mail to your DSL (mail.verizon.com) or Cable (
mail.mchsi.com) connection. To correct this, choose your e-mail program and follow the setup instructions from our E-Mail Clients Setup page, substituting
the outgoing mail server information with either the DSL (mail.verizon.com) or Cable (
mail.mchsi.com) information.
If the answer is NO to both of these questions then the easiest
way to fix your e-mail problem is to download and reinstall the Ridgenet setup diskchoose your e-mail program and follow the setup instructions from our E-Mail Clients Setup page and follow the setup instructions.
