What is my username and/or password
- You username is the first part of your e-mail. For example john@ridgenet.net 's
username is john
- Your password is a little harder. In fact other then the Ridgenet Info sheet
you received when you signed up there is no way to see your password. This was designed
to provide the maximum amount of security for each user's password. Since there is no way for
either you or the Ridgenet Staff to look up and see your password, the only way to find out
what your password is, is to call Ridgenet Tech (446-3501)
and request your password be changed. In order to verify you as the valid user, you will need
your drivers licsense # ready to give to the Ridgenet staff member before they can change your password.
