Reconfigure Outlook Express
Introduction
This instructions were designed for people wishing to reconfigure a
e-mail account. It was also intended for the people who wish to setup
Outlook Express for a second e-mail account.

Step 1: Accounts
First you have to get into Outlook Express.
- Open Outlook Express.
- Click Tools.
- Click Accounts.
- Click the Mail tab.
- Select the mail account that you want to view the properties of and
click Properties

Step 2: Personal Information
The personal information has Space provided for Your Name, e-mail address.
- Click beside Name and type in the name that you wish people to see when they recieve e-mail from you.
- Click beside E-mail Address and type your e-mail address.
- Click beside Reply address and type your e-mail address.

Step 3: Configuring The E-mail Server
This is where you confgure what mail server you want to use. It also gives you the chance to specify the username and password.
- Click on the Server Tab.
- Click beside Incoming and Outgoing server and enter address mail.ridgenet.net.
- Then click beside account enter your USERNAME.
- Click beside password and enter your PASSWORD.

Step 4: Ridgenet Connection
- Select Connect using my phone line.
- Then click the down arrow under Use the following Dial-Up Networking connection.
- Click your Ridgenet connection so it appears like the picture to the right.
- Then click Apply, and OK.
